The WFV-Pokal 1994/95 was the 42nd edition of the men's cup competition in Württemberg amateur football. The defending champion was the record cup winner SSV Ulm 1846 , who won his sixth title in the regional cup with a 4-1 victory over SSV Reutlingen 05 in a duel between two southern regional league teams in the final on May 3, 1995 in the Danube Stadium at home . With this, the club extended its lead in the list of titleholders on the three-time winners VfB Stuttgart Amateure and VfR Aalen .

SSV Ulm qualified as the title holder for the 1995/96 DFB Cup , where they were eliminated in the first main round after a 2: 3 defeat after extra time against the second division Chemnitzer FC .
