The following towns and communities in the former constituencies of Dresden, Land II - Freital III and Dippoldiswalde - Freital II belonged to the Meißen-Dresden Süd constituency in 1994: Altfranken , Colmnitz , Cossebaude , Coswig , Dorfhain , Gompitz , Grumbach , Kurort Hartha , Kesselsdorf , Klingenberg , Mobschatz , Mohorn , Pesterwitz , Pohrsdorf , Radebeul and Tharandt .

In 1999 the localities of Altfranken and Cossebaude were already incorporated into Dresden, but still remained in the constituency of Meißen-Dresden Süd.
