Wanis al-Qaddhafi (ونيس القذافي, DMG Wanīs ​​al-Qaḏḏāfī ;) (born November 22, 1922 in Benghazi ; † December 1, 1986 in Switzerland ) was Secretary General of the General People's Committee in Libya from September 4, 1968 to August 31, 1969 and thus Libya's Prime Minister . Before that he was the country's foreign minister from 1962 to 1963 .
