Nordbad

In 1965 the Nordbad on the Neusser Weyhe was opened. Today the Neusser Bäder und Eissporthalle GmbH operates the swimming pool and renovated it in May 2007. Today it includes a 25-meter sports pool with a vario roof, so that the indoor pool can be converted into an outdoor pool in summer. A 65-meter slide and a large outdoor area with play facilities allow it to be used outside of teaching. There has also been a textile sauna since 2014.

Local supply center Römerpark

A large local supply center is located on Römerstrasse and was reopened in 2015 by the investor RMI Immobilien after extensive renovation. Central stores are the fashion store ( Adler Modemärkte ), a VW car dealer (Gottfried Schultz), a full-range supplier ( Kaufland ) and an animal feed dealer ( Fressnapf ).

Churches

The Catholic Church of the Holy Spirit was built in 1972/1973. Much older is the parish church of St. Josef on Gladbacher Straße, which was built in 1883/84 according to a design by Julius Busch and has been a listed building since 1995 . Both parishes belong together with two other parishes to the pastoral care area Neuss-Nord. On the Protestant side, there is the Baptist Chapel of the Evangelical Free Church in Neuss on Weißenberger Weg.
