Rhine-Nahe Wine Trail

The approximately 97-kilometer Rhine-Nahe Wine Trail leads from Kirn an der Nahe to Bingen am Rhein through the Soonwald-Nahe Nature Park and opens up the entire wine-growing region of the Middle and Lower Nahe for hikers . Most of the paths are wine-growing farm roads; The work of the winemakers can be experienced first hand. Numerous smaller circular hiking trails on the subject of wine are waiting to be discovered on both sides of the path . Rock groups, deep valley cuts, castles, forests, lush meadows and vineyards line the route through this cultural landscape.

  • 42% asphalted farm roads
  • 40% unpaved field and forest paths
  • around 18% in urban areas

Altitude meters : approx. 1,900 meters upwards, approx. 2,000 meters downwards

The trail is marked continuously in both directions with the logo of the wine hiking trail (stylized yellow grapes on a white background).
