Wiebke Wiedeck (born April 17, 1965 in Greifswald ) is a German trainer , consultant , coach , moderator , speaker and author . Until 2007 she worked as a singer and actress .

Career

Wiebke Wiedeck attended the Joliot-Curie-Oberschule Steinach . From 1979 to 1983 Wiebke Wiedeck was a member of the girls' choir of the special classes for music education in Wernigerode at the Gerhart Hauptmann Oberschule . During her Abitur she received additional training in voice training and as a choir director. From 1985 to 1990 she completed a university degree in music education , psychology , singing, acting and speech training at the Hanns Eisler Music Academy in Berlin.

Wiebke Wiedeck understands art primarily as a socially critical medium.

In 1990 she was hired by the director Jean Marie Boivin and she played one of the leading roles in the two-person play by Jean-René Lassalle : "Esther and Judith", a play about the same-sex love between two women and their acceptance in society. Together with him she developed another leading role in a play about the feminist writer " Unica Zürn ". In 1990 and 1991 she worked as a presenter for television from Berlin and presented the program "City Beat". From 1993 to 1996 she was the singer in the band " Poems for Laila ", whose music was mainly inspired by Eastern European influences. With this she produced the album "I Shot The Moon" under Phonogram in 1994 , which was produced by the former Roxy Music guitarist Phil Manzanera in London.

In 1995 she brought out her first CD "Roulette of Life". In terms of content, she was committed to breaking up gender-specific role models.

From 1996 to 1998 she sang the leading role "Jill" in the world premiere of "New York Story" by Yoko Ono , directed by Gerald Uhlig . Wolfgang Dalheimer was the musical director. The musical was performed in Saarbrücken and Berlin. In this musical, Yoko Ono denounces crime, drugs, violence, sexism and trafficking in women.

From 1999 to 2006 she was on stage with various chanson programs (“Kisses and Bites”, “A woman unpacks”, “Things in life”, “Finally 40+!”). In these programs she mainly presented her own songs or new interpretations of well-known chansons. Here, too, she questions the role of women in society, the madness of youth and the sexualization of the feminine. She also spoke publicly about the difficulties of reconciling work and motherhood. She has made guest appearances at the Volksbühne Berlin , the Theater am Kurfürstendamm , the Theater des Westens and all over Germany. During this period she also played in the Small Revue in the Friedrichstadtpalast Berlin.

A tour with her own interpretations of socially critical Brecht songs took her to Paris, Bordeaux, Los Angeles and Brussels.

In 2002 she was a speaker and presenter for FAZ Businessradio 93.6. In the reading series of the book “Die wilden 20er Jahre”, which the “ Edition Ebersbach Verlag” carried out throughout Germany, she devoted herself to the social liberation of women artists during this time.

In that year Wiebke Wiedeck produced and published the CD "LEIBESLIEDER" with exclusively his own chansons, which came out on duo-phon-records. She questioned u. a. the sense of exaggerated prenatal diagnosis, which in individual cases leads to intentional abortions due to genetic dispositions. The basis for the CD were her own experiences during pregnancy with her second son. Your opinion on this topic and on ethical controversies was published in the form of an interview on the academic teaching DVD “Ethics in Health Care”.

From 2003 to 2004 she played "Old P." and "Madame Thénardier" in the premiere cast of the Berlin premiere of the musical " Les Miserables ". The plot is based on the novel Die Elenden (French: Les Misérables ) a novel by Victor Hugo .

In 2005 she released her second CD "Endlich 40 ++!", In which she deals with the topics of "Aging and youth madness in our society".

In 2007 Wiebke Wiedeck left the stage due to a crisis after more than 3,000 missions and appearances.

In 2008 she developed her own seminar concept, body-oriented voice, language and face-to-face training, which was initially offered to women. After a short time, she also offered these seminars for men, working with gender-specific aspects. Further seminar concepts on communication, self-presentation, conflict management , emotional intelligence , management training, mindfulness training, burnout prevention , crisis management and resilience followed. Among other things, she trained police officers at GDP in the areas of presence and communication. At DB Training, she trains women, among other things, in the seminar “From tomorrow you will listen to me - show more presence as a woman. Language and communication training for women ”. She also supported Alexandra Knauer in the areas of presence and communication.

Wiebke Wiedeck has also been giving horse-assisted training and coaching since 2007.

She is a representative of humanistic psychology and the client-centered approach. In addition, she works methodically with the catathymic picture life .

In 2008 she published short stories in the book “Liebe wild und insatiable” by Sabine Asgodom .

Her first book, Das animated Leben, followed in 2019, self-published as a book-on-demand .

Private life

Wiebke Wiedeck has two sons. She lives in the northern area of ​​Berlin.

Political positions

Wiebke Wiedeck has not only been present in the media with her own statements on political issues since she started working as an artist. In lectures and interviews, she also takes on socially critical issues as well as current and future issues. She is committed to a sustainable and future-oriented society and is also active in animal welfare.
