Business and Social Sciences Faculty Day

The Economics and Social Science Faculty Day (WiSoFt) is a university policy representative for primarily business , but also social science courses. It was founded in 1961 by the Free University of Berlin, the Technical University of Berlin and the Mannheim Business School as well as the universities in Bonn, Erlangen-Nuremberg, Frankfurt am Main, Freiburg im Breisgau, Göttingen, Hamburg, Heidelberg, Kiel, Cologne, Marburg, Munich, Saarbrücken and Tübingen founded. Today it unites over 80 faculties at universities in Germany , Austria and Switzerland with specialist responsibility for business administration, economics , business education and social sciences ( sociology and political science ). With the establishment of the older commercial college conference in the WiSoFt. He was also involved in the integration of the relevant East German faculties after the fall of the Wall. A general meeting takes place every year; the constituent meeting of 1961 took place in Göttingen .
