Johannes Baumgardt

Johannes Baumgardt (born February 15, 1930 in Hamburg ; † November 10, 2017 ) was a German business educator .

Life

Baumgardt studied law and economics at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz and the University of Cologne . He passed the examination to become a qualified commercial teacher . In 1958 he was at Frederick Schlieper in Economic and Social Sciences of the University of Cologne with a dissertation The basic commercial training for Dr. rer. pole. PhD. In 1965 he completed his habilitation with the thesis The second educational path as an educational theory problem and became a private lecturer . In 1966 he received a call to the chair for economic and social education (successor to Alfons Dörschel ) at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich . From 1988 to 1989 he was chairman of the Faculty Conference for Economics and Social Sciences .
