Hans Fecher

Hans Fecher (born February 5, 1930 in Hanau ) is a German economist .

Life

Fecher studied economics ( Diplom-Volkswirt ) and was in 1962 with Fritz Neumark at the economics and social science faculty of the University of Frankfurt am Main with the dissertation Problems of earmarking public revenues. Shown using the example of the specialization of road transport taxes for public expenditure in the road sector for Dr. rer. pole. PhD. He then completed his habilitation and was a private lecturer at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich , until he became a full professor of economics, in particular finance, at the Technical University of Berlin in 1968 . In 1969 he was offered a professorship for economics with a special focus on finance at the LMU Munich and was a member of the management of the German economic institute for tourism there. From 1973 to 1975 he was chairman of the Faculty Conference for Economics and Social Sciences .
