Wittum is a district of the town of Schillingsfürst in the district of Ansbach in Middle Franconia .

geography

The wasteland lies on the Wörnitz and the Ölmühlgraben, which flows 200 meters further south as a left tributary into the Wörnitz. A commercial area borders in the northwest. Approx. The Rosenfeld lies 0.5 km to the southwest. A community road leads to State Road 2246 at the Simonhölzl industrial park in the city of Schillingsfürst (0.3 km northwest). In the Geographical Lexicon of 1804 the place is described as follows: “Widdum, or rather Widdim, Hohenlohe-Schillingsfürstischer Hof, which formerly belonged to the Kaplany Schillingsfürst; At present, a stately game master and 2 farmers live there , whose food standard consists of excellent agriculture and livestock. "
