Uladzimir Alegavich Aljanischka (born March 8, 1989 in Baryssau , Minskaya Woblasz , Belarusian Soviet Socialist Republic , USSR ) is a former Belarusian biathlete .
Uladsimir Aljanischka made his international debut in 2007 at the Junior World Championships in Martell and was 13th of the individual, eighth of the sprint, 16th of the pursuit and just missed a medal in fourth place with the relay. A year later he won the sprint title in Ruhpolding , fell back to 12th place in the pursuit, did not finish the individual and was seventh in the relay. A little later, the Belarusian took part in Nové Město na Moravě in the junior competitions of the Biathlon European Championships in 2008 and reached places 24 in the sprint and 26 in the pursuit. The third participation in the Junior World Championships followed in Canmore in 2009. Aljanischka was there 48th of the individual and achieved good results with ninth place in the sprint and tenth in the pursuit race. With the relay he won the bronze medal at the side of Sergej Rutsewitsch, Uladsimir Tschapelin and Wital Zwetau as the final runner behind the representations from Germany and Russia. He also won the bronze medal in the relay race at the side of the three at the Junior European Championships in Ufa . He was also eleventh in the sprint and 14th in the pursuit. For the last time Aljanischka took part in a Junior World Championship in Torsby . In the individual he was eighth, ninth in the sprint and improved to bronze behind Manuel Müller in the pursuit race. He was sixth with the season. The European Junior Championships in Otepää were even more successful . Aljanischka finished ninth in singles and won bronze medals in sprint and pursuit.
Aljanischka made his debut in the men's IBU Cup in Obertilliach in 2009 and immediately won points in his first sprint in 27th place. With seventh place he achieved his best result so far in this racing series in 2010 in the Beitostølen sprint . Shortly afterwards, the Belarusian made his debut in Hochfilzen in the biathlon world cup . With Sjarhej Nowikau , Rustam Waliullin and Jauhen Abramenka he was 15th in a relay race and 79th in the sprint. In 2011 , in Oberhof with Novikau, Uladsimir Tschapelin and Abramenka , he reached eighth place in the relay and thus for the first time a top ten result. In the 2011/2012 season , Uladsimir Aljanischka took 33rd place in the sprint in Hochfilzen and won his first points in the World Cup.
