In the 1905 model year, the Wolseley 12 replaced this model. The displacement was somewhat smaller at 2492 cm³, the power increased to 12 bhp (8.8 kW) at 900 rpm. The wheelbase was 2591 mm and the car weight 914 kg. In the following year, engines with the displacement of model 10 were installed again, but they also delivered 12 bhp, but already at 800 rpm. In addition to the long chassis, there was also a shorter one with a 2159 mm wheelbase.
The two-cylinder models from the Wolseley model range were discontinued by model year 1910.
