The Wolseley Twenty-One was an upper class -PKW, the Wolseley 1936 as successor of the 21/60 brought out. In 1938 the same car was offered on a shorter chassis and discontinued in 1940 without replacement.

The first Twenty-One, or 21 hp, was a large, six-cylinder engine that replaced the Wolseley 21/60 .

The six-cylinder in-line engine had a displacement of 2915 cc, two SU carburettors and overhead valves (ohv), unlike its predecessor with an overhead camshaft (ohc). The car was delivered on a 3086 mm wheelbase chassis. The sedan reached a top speed of 120 km / h.
