The Wolseley 35/40 was a large passenger car with a four-cylinder engine that Wolseley brought out in 1912.
It had a four-cylinder block engine with 5981 cm³ displacement and side-mounted valves (sv). Its chassis had a wheelbase of 3302 mm. The superstructures were 4496 mm long and 1778 mm wide. The chassis (without superstructure) weighed 1168 kg.
In 1913 the model was discontinued without replacement.
