The Wolseley 10/40 was a lower middle class passenger car that Wolseley brought out in 1936. It was based on the Morris 10/4 .

The car had a four-cylinder engine with 1292 cm³ displacement and water cooling. It was delivered on a 2540 mm wheelbase chassis.

After only one year, the slightly smaller Ten replaced the 10/40.
