The Wolseley 12/16 was a mid- size car that Wolseley brought out as a small four-cylinder model in 1910/1911.

It had a four-cylinder block engine with a displacement of 2226 cm³ and side-mounted valves (sv). The chassis had a wheelbase of 2819 mm. The superstructures were 3861 mm long and 1575 mm wide. The weight of the chassis was 762 kg.

In the 1912 model year, the displacement grew to 2373 cm³. Then the model was discontinued without replacement.
