The Wolseley 20/28 was a large passenger car with a four-cylinder engine that Wolseley brought out in 1911.

It had a four-cylinder block engine with a displacement of 4250 cm³ and side-mounted valves (sv). Its chassis had a wheelbase of 3277 mm. The superstructures were 4420 mm long and 1753 mm wide. The chassis (without superstructure) weighed 1016 kg.

In 1913 the model was discontinued without replacement.
