The Wolseley Twenty-Five was a top class -PKW, the Wolseley 1936 in parallel with the model Twenty-One as a successor to the larger 21/60 brought out. In 1938 the same car was offered on a shorter chassis and discontinued in 1940. In 1939 a Pullman limousine appeared on the same basis and was offered until 1948.

The first twenty-five, or 25 hp, was a large six-cylinder engine that replaced the Wolseley 21/60 . It was the manufacturer's top model.
It had a six-cylinder in-line engine with a capacity of 3485 cc, two SU carburettors and overhead valves , instead of the previous overhead camshaft . The car was delivered on a 3086 mm wheelbase chassis. The sedan reached a top speed of 127 km / h.

In 1938 the car appeared with the same engine but a slightly smaller body.
The engine output is 108 bhp (79 kW) at 3600 rpm. specified. There were two versions with different wheelbases, 2654 mm and 2972 mm. The top speed of the sedans was 144 km / h.
In 1940 this model was discontinued without replacement.
