The Ykkönen 2019 was the 26th season of the second highest Finnish football league under this name and the 87th season in total since the official introduction of such in 1930. It began on April 27, 2019 and ended on October 20, 2019.

Participants and their venues

The three group winners Myllykosken Pallo -47 , Musan Salama and Tampereen Pallo-Veikot joined as climbers from Kakkonen 2018 . Turku PS rose from Veikkausliiga 2018 as the loser of the relegation . The direct relegated player, PS Kemi Kings , temporarily suspended the game for financial reasons in February 2019.
