Zululand is a district within the province of KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa . The seat of the district administration is Ulundi . Zululand borders the neighboring districts of Umkhanyakude and King Cetshwayo to the east . In 2011 the district had 803,575 inhabitants. It covers an area of 14,799 square kilometers.
