Sibřina is a village and municipality in Prague-East District in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 4.41 km² and as of 2010 it had a population of 645.

Sibřina lies on eastern border of the capital city of Prague, approximately 18 kilometres (11 mi) east of its centre.
