(3038) Bernes ( 1978 QB 3 ; 1955 RG ; 1959 TG ) is an approximately four-kilometer asteroid of the inner main belt , which was discovered on August 31, 1978 by the Russian (then: Soviet Union ) astronomer Nikolai Stepanowitsch Tschernych at the Crimean Observatory (Nautschnyj ) was discovered on the Crimean peninsula ( IAU code 095).

(3038) Bernes was named after the actor and Estrada - singer Mark Bernes Naumowitsch from the (1911-1969) Russian Empire , the Provisional Government , the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic named and the Soviet Union.
