(2770) Tsvet ( 1977 SM 1 , 1966 DN , 1974 WN ; 1976 KS ; 1977 TL 4 , 1977 UU 1 , 1979 HM 1 , 1980 TB 10 , 1982 DZ 2 , 1982 HR 2 ) is about seven kilometers in Asteroid of inner main belt , which was discovered on September 19, 1977 by the Russian (then: Soviet Union ) astronomer Nikolai Stepanowitsch Tschernych at the Crimean Observatory (Nautschnyj branch) on the Crimean peninsula ( IAU code 095).

(2770) Tsvet was named after the botanist and the inventor of chromatography Michail Zwet (1872-1919) from the Russian Empire , the Provisional Government and the Russian Soviet Socialist Federal Republic .
