- Ptolemy I succeeds in taking the cities of Corinth , Megara and Sikyon, which were occupied by the Macedonians under Cassander . He leaves Greece after agreeing an armistice with Cassander.
- Antigonus I Monophthalmus be Cleopatra of Macedon , a daughter of Philip II. Of Macedonia, kill, because they wanted to ally with I. Ptolemy.
