- Antigonus I. Monophthalmos attacks the Syria held by Ptolemy I and besieged the city of Tire for over a year . Seleucus I meanwhile acts as Ptolemy 'admiral, secures Cyprus for him and then sails to the Aegean .
- Antigonus allies with Polyperchon , who holds bases in the Peloponnese .
- Antigonos proclaims the freedom of the Greek cities. A little later, against the will of his ally Cassander , Ptolemy issued a similar proclamation.
