Empire of Alexander the Great
- Kassander returns with his army from the Peloponnese to Macedonia , where he besieged and conquered Pydna . Olympias , the last year of Epirus has come out to Macedonia and made him dominion dispute, it can kill. He holds Roxane and Alexander IV Aigos prisoner in Amphipolis . Polyperchon manages to escape to Aetolia .
- Battle of Paraitakene (in Persia ): The armies of Eumenes and Antigonus fight a drawn battle in which war elephants are also used.
- Battle of Gabiene : The armies of Eumenes and Antigonos fought again a tied battle. A little later, however, Eumenes is handed over by his own army to Antigonus, who has him killed.
- The Macedonian Diadoche Kassander founds the city of Kassandreia named after him on the site of the old Potidaia on the Chalkidiki peninsula . He marries Thessalonike , a stepsister to Alexander the Great, and has the city of Thebes rebuilt.
