The ABU TV Song Festival 2013 was the second edition of the annual ABU TV Song Festival . The festival, which is not a competition, took place on October 26, 2013 at the Hanoi Opera House in Vietnam and coincided with the 50th General Assembly of the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union , which was held from October 23 to 29, 2013. A total of fifteen countries participated, four of which made their debut this year namely Brunei , Iran , Kyrgyzstan and Thailand .
