Adam Irigoyen (born August 5, 1997 in Miami , Florida ) is an American actor and voice actor . He gained fame primarily through his role as Deuce Martinez in the US television series Shake It Up - dancing is everything .

life and career

Irigoyen, who was born in Miami in 1997, began his acting career at the age of eleven. He initially gained experience in commercials and print campaigns and finally made his first notable television appearance in 2009 when he took on a guest role in the US sitcom The Wizards of Waverly Place , which received a Primetime Emmy , and was featured in one episode. Through his appearance there, he also made it into the cast of the series Shake It Up - Tanzen ist alles , which was broadcast from 2010 to 2013 and also produced by the Walt Disney Company , in which he mimes one of the main characters with Deuce Martinez . In the series, he plays the resourceful and unwavering friend of CeCe Jones (played by Bella Thorne ) and Raquel "Rocky" Blue (played by Zendaya ), who helps the two girls to become professional dancers.
