The 2002/03 Adriatic Basketball League season was the second season of the Adriatic Basketball League. 12 teams from 5 countries took part in the 2002/03 season. The season began on September 28, 2002 and ended on April 4, 2003. KK Zadar became champions for the first time .

Tournament format

In the regular season, 12 teams played a double round each against each other. After the regular season, the master was determined in a final four.
