The 2010/11 Adriatic Basketball League season was the tenth season of the Adriatic Basketball League. 14 teams from 6 countries took part in the 2010/11 season. The season began on October 8, 2010 and ended on March 15, 2011. KK Partizan became champions for the fifth time .

Tournament format

In the regular season, 14 teams played a double round each against each other. Then the first four teams played the final four.
