The 2005-06 Adriatic Basketball League season was the fifth season of the Adriatic Basketball League. 14 teams from 4 countries took part in the 2005/06 season. The season started on October 8, 2005 and ended on April 23, 2006. FMP Železnik became champion for the second time .

Tournament format

In the regular season, 14 teams played a double round each against each other. After the regular season, the eight best teams determined the champion in a knockout round.
