The 2015/16 Adriatic Basketball League season was the 15th season of the Adriatic Basketball League. 14 teams from 6 countries took part in the 2015/16 season. The season began on October 3, 2015 and ended on March 7, 2016. This was followed by the play-off games of the four best teams. Champion became KK Red Star Belgrade for the second time .

Tournament format

In the regular season, 14 teams played a double round each against each other. Then the first four teams played the play-offs. Three victories were necessary for the overall victory.
