The 2012/13 Adriatic Basketball League season was the twelfth season of the Adriatic Basketball League. 14 teams from 7 countries took part in the 2012/13 season. The season began on October 4, 2012 and ended on March 31, 2013. Then the final four of the four best teams took place. KK Partizan became champion for the sixth time .

Tournament format

In the regular season, 14 teams played a double round each against each other. Then the first four teams played the final four.
