The 2006/07 Adriatic Basketball League season was the sixth season of the Adriatic Basketball League. 14 teams from 5 countries took part in the 2006/07 season. The season began on September 30, 2006 and ended on April 18, 2007. KK Partizan became champions for the first time .

Tournament format

In the regular season, 14 teams played a double round each against each other. After the regular season, the four best teams played play-offs in a best-of-three series.
