Agridia ( Greek Αγρίδια ) is a municipality in the Limassol district in Cyprus . At the 2011 census it had 104 inhabitants.

Location and surroundings

Location in the Limassol district

Agridia is located in the middle of the island of Cyprus at an altitude of about 1110 meters, about 40 km southwest of the capital Nicosia , 25 km north of Limassol and 55 km west of Larnaka .

The village is about 27 kilometers from the Mediterranean coast from the relatively green and wooded Troodos Mountains . It is located in the north of the Limassol district near the border with the Nicosia district . The road E909 , which leads to the center of the mountains or to Nicosia, runs just north of the village .

Places in the area are Chandria in the north, Polystypos and Alona in the Nicosia district in the east, Agros in the southeast, Potamitissa and Dymes in the south and Kyperounta in the northwest.
