Aida Hadžialić (born January 21, 1987 in Foča ; SFR Yugoslavia ) is a Swedish politician . From October 2014 to August 2016 she was Minister for High School Education and Training and a member of the Social Democratic Labor Party .

Career

Aida Hadžialić received a five-year war refugee with her family asylum in Sweden. She studied law at Lund University and became Deputy Mayor of Halmstad Municipality in 2010 .

Hadžialić became the youngest minister in Swedish history in 2014 at the age of 27.

On August 13, 2016, the Swedish press announced that it would submit its resignation on August 15, 2016. The reason was a police report for driving under the influence of alcohol. On the Swedish side of the Oresund Bridge between Denmark and Sweden, the blood alcohol content of 0.2 per mille was found, which corresponds to the Swedish limit for car drivers. However, it has not made itself a criminal offense because the control was still carried out on the Danish side of the bridge, where at that time a 0.5 per mille limit applied.
