Per Bolund
Per Bolund (born July 3, 1971 ) is a Swedish politician ( Miljöpartiet de Gröna ) and finance and consumer minister in the Löfven II government .
Life
Bolund studied biology at Stockholm University and Stirling University from 1992 to 1996 . He then worked on a research project on sustainable transport and sustainable urban development. He finished his doctoral studies at Stockholm University in 2002 without a degree.
From 2002 Bolund worked as a consultant in the economic department of the Swedish government chancellery. In the Reichstag election in 2006 , he moved into the Reichstag, where he was the economic and energy policy spokesman and a member of the economic committee. In the 2010 election he lost his seat again and was then between 2010 and 2011 local council for Stockholm . After Maria Wetterstrand's resignation, he moved to the Reichstag in 2011 and became the economic policy spokesman and member of the finance committee.
After the 2014 Reichstag election , Bolund became Minister of Finance and Consumption in the Löfven I government . He is thus Deputy Secretary of the Treasury Magdalena Andersson . Since January 2019 he has been Minister for Financial Markets and Housing in the Löfven II government .
