American Hockey Association (1992-1993)

The American Hockey Association (abbreviated AHA ) was an American Hockey - Minor League , founded in 1992, but had to suspend the operation of gambling again for financial reasons before the end of the first season. A league of the same name existed from 1926 to 1942.

The 1992/93 season was the American Hockey Association's only season . The five teams completed between 27 and 35 matches in the regular season before the game had to be stopped due to financial problems. The championship title was not awarded.
