The World Hockey Association 2 (WHA2) was an ice hockey minor league that had its teams in the southern United States , especially in Florida.

The name is based on the former professional league World Hockey Association from the 1970s, which was founded as a competitive league to the NHL . The WHA2 and the South East Hockey League (SEHL) were formed in the summer of 2003 when the teams of the Atlantic Coast Hockey League (ACHL) left. Like the SEHL, the WHA2 only lasted through the 2003/04 season. In the summer of 2004, some teams from both leagues then founded the Southern Professional Hockey League (SPHL).

Jacksonville was also the location of the WHA2 All-Star Game and the only champion of the President Cup of the WHA2.
