Amphoe Tha Tum ( Thai : อำเภอ ท่าตูม ) is a district ( Amphoe - administrative district) in the north of Surin Province . The province of Surin is located in the northeast region of Thailand , the so-called Isan .

Tha Tum District borders the following districts are (from the east clockwise) to the Amphoe Rattanaburi , Sanom and Chom Phra in Surin province, at Amphoe Satuek of Buriram Province , at Amphoe Chumphon Buri turn in Surin, and to the Amphoe Kaset Wisai and Suwannaphum of the Province of Roi Et .

- Tha Tum (Thai: เทศบาล ตำบล ท่าตูม ), consisting of parts of the Tambon Tha Tum,
