The Selent / Schlesen office is an office in the Plön district in Schleswig-Holstein . The office is in the middle and borders in the north on the office Probstei , in the west on the office Schrevenborn , in the south on the office Preetz-Land , and in the east on the office Großer Plöner See .

history

On October 1, 1959, the municipalities Dobersdorf, Fargau, Pratjau, Schlesen and Stoltenberg formed the office of Selent / Schlesen from the previous office of Schlesen and the municipalities of Lammershagen, Martensrade, Mucheln and Selent from the previous office of Selent. In 1974 the communities of Fargau and Pratjau merged.

On January 1, 2008, the office formed an administrative partnership with the municipality of Raisdorf , which led the administrative business for the office. The community of Stoltenberg resigned from office at the same time and joined the provost office . Since the merger of the municipalities of Raisdorf and Klausdorf to form the city of Schwentinental on March 1, 2008, the administrative business of the office has been carried out by Schwentinental.
