Kandel District Court
The Kandel District Court is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and the smallest of the three district courts (AG) in the district of the Landau Regional Court in the Palatinate .
Seat and District of the Court
The court is based in the southern Palatinate town of Kandel in the district of Germersheim . It is the southernmost district court in Rhineland-Palatinate . The 275 km² judicial district covers the area of the towns and communities Berg , Erlenbach bei Kandel , Freckenfeld , Hagenbach , Hatzenbühl , Jockgrim , Kandel, Minfeld , Neuburg am Rhein , Neupotz , Rheinzabern , Scheibenhardt , Steinweiler , Vollmersweiler , Winden and Wörth am Rhein . Around 60,000 people live in it.
The foreclosure , receivership , insolvency and agricultural goods from the district of AG Kandel are the Amtsgericht Landau transferred, which is also the commercial , cooperative and association register leads. Dunning procedures are processed by the Mayen District Court as the central dunning court .
building
The court has been housed in the office building at Landauer Strasse 19 since 1957 . The previous building from 1899 at the same location was destroyed in the Second World War.

The Landau district court in the Palatinate is superordinate to the Kandel district court . The competent higher regional court is the Palatinate higher regional court in Zweibrücken .
