André Pohl (* 1956 in Bremerhaven ) is a German actor .

Life

André Pohl completed his acting training at the State University for Music and Theater in Hamburg . From 1986 to 2002 he was a permanent member of the ensemble of the Theater in der Josefstadt in Vienna , where he has been on stage again since 2008 and made his directorial debut in the Komödie im Dunkeln in the Kammerspiele in 2009 . He also played at the Thalia Theater in Hamburg, at the Braunschweig State Theater , at the Komödie in the Bayerischer Hof in Munich, the Vienna Volkstheater as well as in Darmstadt and Wiesbaden and is a member of the Reichenau Festival ensemble .

In addition to his work at the theater, Pohl has also appeared in television and cinema films since the mid-1980s.
