Andrea Wolf (* 1958 in Mosbach ) is a German actress , radio play speaker and painter .
Life
After graduating from high school in 1978, Andrea Wolf began studying German , theater and speech at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich that same year . While still studying, which lasted until 1981, she began a three-year acting training at the Otto Falckenberg School in 1980 . Wolf had her first permanent engagement in the 1982/83 season at the Münchner Kammerspiele , followed by others at the Oldenburg State Theater , the Hildesheim City Theater , the Linz State Theater and the Saarbrücken State Theater . Andrea Wolf has been working as a freelancer since 1999 and has since been a guest at other German theaters such as the Fritz Rémond Theater in Frankfurt , the Koblenz Theater , the Comedies in Frankfurt and Düsseldorf , the Hagen Theater and in Austria at the Vorarlberger Landestheater in Bregenz. She also appeared repeatedly at the Bad Hersfeld and Jagsthausen festivals .
Wolf played both classical and modern roles to this day. She was Eve in the Broken Jug by Heinrich von Kleist , Gretchen in Faust and Desdemona in Othello by William Shakespeare . She was Jenny in Bertolt Brecht's Threepenny Opera in 1995 , then Mrs. Peachum in 2009 . In every one of Hugo von Hofmannsthal she embodied 2003, the Paramour . In Jagsthausen she played the role of Adelheid in Götz von Berlichingen for two years in a row , there she was also as Martha in Edward Albee's Who is Afraid of Virginia Woolf? to see. In the play Master Class by Terrence McNally Wolf embodied the singer Maria Callas .
