The BBVA Stadium (until 2019 BBVA Compass Stadium ) is a football stadium in the US city ​​of Houston in the state of Texas . With the move of the San José Earthquakes to Houston and the associated re-establishment of Houston Dynamo at the end of December 2005, the search for a suitable location for a football-specific stadium began.
