Babadağ ( Turkish for father mountain ) is a city in the district of the same name in the Turkish province of Denizli and at the same time a district of the Büyükşehir belediyesi Denizli (metropolitan municipality / metropolitan province ) created in 2012 . Babadağ is located about 33 km west of the center of Denizli . With 6,522 inhabitants, Babadağ was the second smallest Ilçe at the end of 2018.
Babadağ of the same name is an approximately 2,308 m high mountain. It is located 28 km south of the city of Babadağ.
