Baklan is a city in the district of the same name in the Turkish province of Denizli and at the same time a district of the Büyükşehir belediyesi Denizli (metropolitan municipality / metropolitan province ) created in 2012 . Baklan is about 62 km northeast of the center of Denizli . Baklan did not become independent until 1990 and at the end of 2018 was the poorest Ilçe with the lowest population density.
