Bambadjan Bamba

Bambadjan Bamba (born January 30, 1982 in Abidjan ) is an American actor of Ivorian descent.

life and career

Bambadjan Bamba was born in Abidjan, Ivory Coast. When he was ten, the family moved to the South Bronx and later to Richmond , Virginia . He graduated from the Conservatory of Film and Dramatic Arts in New York City and is a founding member of the Sacred Drum Company .

He has been an actor since 2005 and was first seen in the short film Battlescars . Since then he has mainly appeared in well-known US series such as Grey's Anatomy , The Sopranos , CSI: Vegas , Emergency Room - The Emergency Room , Cold Case - No Victim Is Ever Forgotten , Navy CIS: LA or Parenthood . His film appearances include I think I love my wife or Contagion . In 2016 he starred in Suicide Squad . Since 2016 he can be seen in a supporting role in the series The Good Place . In 2020 he will take on a supporting role as Remi Toussaint in the sixth season of the Bosch series .

In addition, Bamba appears regularly in the theater. For example, in the off-Broadway -Stück Till the Break of Dawn , For My Home or Do Lord Remeber Me . He stated that Africa still has a great place in his heart.
