Barbara Garrick

Barbara Garrick (born December 3, 1965 in Los Angeles , California ) is an American actress .

Life and accomplishments

Garrick made his debut on the television series Springfield Story in 1985 . In 1986 and 1987 she starred in the television series Love, Lies, Passion , to which she returned from 2001 to 2003 and 2008. In the sports drama Eight Men and a Scandal (1988), she appeared on the side of John Cusack and Charlie Sheen . In the comedy Die Waffen der Frauen (1988) she played Phyllis Trask , at whose wedding Tess McGill ( Melanie Griffith ) presented an innovative business concept to the entrepreneur and father of the bride Oren Trask ( Philip Bosco ).

In the comedy Miami Rhapsody (1995) Garrick played the pregnant sister-in-law of Gwyn Marcus ( Sarah Jessica Parker ), who is betrayed by her husband ( Kevin Pollak ). She was nominated for the Gemini Award in 2002 for the lead role in the miniseries Further Tales of the City (2001) . The actress has also appeared in numerous plays.
