Bilal Başacıkoğlu (born March 26, 1995 in Zaanstad ) is a Dutch - Turkish football player who is primarily used on the position of the storm .

Career

society

Başacıkoğlu began playing football in the club in the youth department of SC Heerenveen and began his professional career there in 2013. For the 2014/15 season he moved to the Eredivisie at Feyenoord Rotterdam . He made his Eredivisie debut on November 8, 2013 in the game against RKC Waalwijk . In the summer of 2018 he signed a 3-year contract with the Turkish first division club Kayserispor .

During the 2019/20 winter transfer period, he was hired by league rivals Trabzonspor .

National team

Başacıkoğlu began his national team career in 2012 as the son of a father of Turkish origin and a mother of Moroccan origin with a commitment for the Dutch U-18 national team.

After he had also played for the Dutch U-19 national team , he decided in 2014 to play for the Turkish national team from now on. He made his debut for Turkey on September 5, 2014 when he played for the Turkish U-21 national team . He also played for the Turkish U-20 national team .
